For this campaign with Kaiser Permanente, we focused on crafting a spot that conveyed, above anything, the warmth that the Kaiser Permanente network offers its patients. It's a common complaint from HM consumers that in the US, they don't feel the warmth and friendliness that Latin American doctors offer. With Kaiser Permanente, it doesn't have to be that way.
